Admin Assistant

Job Type: Temporary

Job Information:

Location: Aldridge, West Midlands WS9 – office based position.
Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
Salary: Dependent on experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to work closely within the Online Retail branch of our business.

You’ll be expected to:
- Assist the marketing team with adding items onto the website via Shopify
- Assist the marketing team with data entry into the back office of Shopify
- Assisting in the maintenance of data in Shopify
- Inputting product data into company accounting software (sage 200)
- Maintaining product data in company accounting software
- Help with integration of website banners, customer mailers and social media posts
- Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets for marketing and operations department

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sage 200 experience preferable but not essential
- Shopify and Web Design experience desirable, however training can be provided.

Sales Executive

Job Type: Permanent

Job Information:

Location: Aldridge, West Midlands WS9 – office-based position
Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
Salary: Dependent on experience with OTE’s and performance bonuses available.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts and processing sales orders as well as maintaining good customer relationships. An effective sales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as in person.

Key responsibilities:
• Answer questions about products or the company,
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements,
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner,
• Contact warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintain relationships,
• Handle grievances politely and escalate to Sales Manager to investigate,
• Go the “extra mile” to meet customer requirements and sales targets, and
• Record all customer communications (calls and emails) and note useful information in the CRM,
• Attending trade shows to network, meet customers and gather new business leads.

Key requirements:
• Proven experience as a sales executive or other sales role,
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota,
• Computer literate and able to learn/work with relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software),
• Experience in Sage software is advantageous,
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers,
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken,
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, and
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to head up our team and contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for managing our team of sales executives, as well as overseeing customer accounts to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.

The Sales Manager role is both a sales and account management role so you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You will need to be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as in person.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals,
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including market trends,
• Manage the sales pipeline and lead generation,
• Maintain existing accounts and develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,
• Liaising with customers to:
• Answer questions about the company or products,
• Understand their requirements,
• Sell and 'up-sell' our products,
• Handle grievances that have been escalated from the sales team,
• Contact warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintain relationship, there will be no cold calling within this position,
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in Sales and Sales management within this sector (essential),
• Experience in Sage software (Sage 200 preferred),
• Computer literate and able to learn/work with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software and telephone systems),
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal,
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team,
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Self-motivated and target driven,
• Full UK driving license.
